When considering Dooba's practice of reading, he shares this story:
"I once attended a workshop led by Matt Markins, the president and CEO of Awana, where he shared a thought that resonated with me as a young leader: "Leaders are readers." At the time, I didn't read much, but his words inspired me to make reading a priority. Now, it's a passion and a regular part of my life."

SPEAKING
From the age of 15, Dooba envisioned that teaching would play a crucial role in his future. His passion for teaching was discovered on the tennis court, where he coached young players. He clearly remembers the moment he realized he was meant for more than just tennis; he was called to guide others in discovering their true potential as followers of Jesus.
Dooba enjoys this mission through:
-
Individual coaching/counseling

Teaching breakout sessions
-

As the Lead Pastor at Living Hope, he preaches regularly and also enjoys speaking at the local Christian school, regional Awana conferences, church events, and to church leaders.
Dooba is dedicated to discipling children, helping children's and youth workers disciple children effectively, leadership development, and expositing The Word with clarity and conviction.
